These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding agreement between you and cricxes. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers on our platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using the cricxes platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of cricxes immediately and close any account you may have opened.
1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the cricxes website, mobile site, and any associated services, products, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by cricxes ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By using the Platform, you ("you", "the User", "the Player") enter into a binding legal agreement with cricxes.
These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
cricxes reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of cricxes following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
The Platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment. cricxes does not provide legal advice on the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and legally binding text. Any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version shall be resolved in favour of the English original.
Binding Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and cricxes. Registering an account or placing a bet constitutes full acceptance of all provisions contained herein.
Eligibility Requirement
Only adults aged 18 or above who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in their jurisdiction may hold a cricxes account. Age and identity verification may be requested at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cricxes will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Single Account Rule
Each player may hold only one registered account on cricxes. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Fair Play Obligation
Players must engage with the Platform in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software errors, manipulate outcomes, collude, or use automated betting software (bots) is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2 Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on cricxes — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined under these Terms.
Registration Requirements
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Identity Verification (KYC)
cricxes operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request documentary evidence of your identity, age, and address at any point during your use of the Platform. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address. Until verification is complete, cricxes reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on your account.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active cricxes account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cricxes employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts will be subject to forfeiture.
Following registration, you will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Your account will remain in a restricted state until email verification is completed. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox within five minutes. If you experience difficulties verifying your email, contact support via live chat.
3 Age Restriction
cricxes is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction applies without exception, regardless of the laws of any particular jurisdiction that may set a different minimum age for gambling activities.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. cricxes reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any user at any time. Where a user is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be declared void, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be refunded less any amounts wagered.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. cricxes has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage access to the Platform. If you suspect that a minor has accessed or is attempting to access cricxes, please contact us immediately at support@cricxes. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.
Any employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of cricxes or its affiliated companies is prohibited from holding a player account or participating in any form of gaming or betting on the Platform. This restriction applies regardless of the individual's age.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
cricxes supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise stated. The Company processes all transactions in good faith and is committed to fast, reliable payment processing.
Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on cricxes for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The most current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in your account dashboard.
Minimum and Maximum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum withdrawal limits are set per method and reviewed on a case-by-case basis for high-volume accounts.
Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cricxes account instantly under normal operating conditions. Delays may occasionally occur due to third-party payment processing issues outside our control. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within thirty minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are ordinarily processed within 15–30 minutes during our operational window (09:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. cricxes reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy of any withdrawal request.
Prohibited Transactions
- Deposits from accounts or cards not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the player without prior engagement with cricxes support constitute a breach of these Terms.
cricxes implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with responsible platform operations. Large or unusual transactions may trigger a manual review. During any review period, the relevant funds may be temporarily held. We appreciate your cooperation with any requests for supporting documentation during such reviews.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
cricxes offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
Welcome Bonus
New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the cricxes welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. To convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, the wagering requirement must be met in full.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds issued by cricxes are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (or a combination of deposit and bonus funds, as specified in each offer) before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are detailed in the specific terms of each promotion.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specified in the offer terms.
- cricxes reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
- Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only and are subject to cricxes's right to refuse, reclaim, or adjust any bonus where misuse is suspected.
cricxes runs special promotional campaigns during major Bangladesh sporting events including BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments, as well as during Pohela Boishakh and Eid celebrations. These time-limited promotions are governed by their individual terms, which are published on the Platform ahead of each campaign. All seasonal promotions are subject to these general bonus rules as a baseline.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting and casino gameplay on cricxes is conducted in accordance with the specific game or market rules published on the Platform. These general rules apply across all products. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport- or game-specific rules, the more specific rules prevail.
Sports Betting
Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. cricxes reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced (late bets), where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body.
Casino & Live Casino
Casino games — including slots, live dealer table games, and instant games — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios. Game results are final. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled according to the state of play at the time of disconnection as recorded on the server. cricxes server records are authoritative in the event of any dispute.
Void Bets and Cancellations
- Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement window specified in the market rules.
- Bets placed on markets containing obvious errors in odds, lines, or totals (palpable errors) will be voided and stakes returned.
- In-play bets accepted after the official result is known will be voided and stakes returned.
Maximum Winnings
Maximum winnings per bet, per game round, and per day are subject to limits that vary by market, game type, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. cricxes reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits at its sole discretion, including on parlay or accumulator bets that reach exceptional returns.
7 User Obligations
By using cricxes, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered users of the Platform.
You Must Not
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to access another user's account without their explicit authorisation.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity on the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any money laundering, tax evasion, or other criminal purpose.
- Post, transmit, or share offensive, defamatory, or abusive content via any communication channel on the Platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written authorisation from cricxes.
- Exploit any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
You Are Responsible For
- Keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential.
- Ensuring that all persons who access the Platform via your device or connection are aware of and comply with these Terms.
- Notifying cricxes immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Setting and adhering to personal spending limits consistent with your financial circumstances.
Breach of any user obligation set out in this section may result in, without limitation: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, recovery of any losses incurred by cricxes as a result of the breach, and reporting of the user's details to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
cricxes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of fraudulent, false, or misleading account information.
- Evidence of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
- Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your cricxes account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@cricxes. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, cricxes will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds before closing the account. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash via wagering will be forfeited on account closure.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, cricxes offers self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the account responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. cricxes will notify you via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. The full dormant account policy, including applicable fee schedules, is available on request from the support team.
If your account has been suspended and you believe this to be in error, please contact support@cricxes with your account username and a brief description of the circumstances. cricxes will review all suspension disputes within five business days and respond to the registered email address on file.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricxes shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cricxes does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to the Platform, during which availability may be temporarily impacted. We will endeavour to carry out such work during off-peak hours and to provide advance notice where practicable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles applicable to the online gaming industry. Any dispute arising hereunder shall first be submitted to the cricxes internal dispute resolution process before any other avenue is pursued. cricxes's decision on any matter relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms is final, subject only to manifest error.
These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. cricxes recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any relevant event shall be the applicable version for the purposes of any dispute relating to that event.
